How it works
Inside diameter = product diameter + 2 × clearance. Outside diameter adds two walls. Label wrap width = π × outside diameter + 3 mm overlap.
Tip
Tubes with a snug fit give a satisfying slow-release lid; ask for a sample to tune it.

Yes, with an insert; size the tube around the insert.
What wall thickness is common?
About 1–2 mm for retail tubes; thicker for heavy or mailing tubes.
