Processing & Shipping Timelines

The estimated arrival date of your order depends on both the processing time and the selected shipping method. Once your order is confirmed, the processing time remains fixed. Please note that billing charges are non-refundable.

Production Turnaround Options

  • Standard Turnaround (Free Option): Your package will ship within 12 to 15 business days upon receiving final approval.
  • Rush Orders (Additional Charges Apply): Your package will ship within 8 to 12 business days upon receiving final approval.

Damaged or Lost Items

Custom Boxes Empire is not responsible for products damaged or misplaced during shipping. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items to assist with the claim process.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping. However, please note the following:

  • Custom Boxes Empire does not cover customs duties, taxes, or other fees incurred during shipping.
  • All applicable tariffs, taxes, and other charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you need to initiate an investigation or facilitate the return of goods to the factory warehouse, please complete and sign the required “Authorization Form.”
