If your products do not meet your specifications or are defective, please notify us

For Issues Caused by Custom Boxes Empire

If the issue is determined to be our fault, we will provide a free reprint
of the order or offer a refund as appropriate. The determination of defects will be made
by our management team.

For Issues Caused by the Customer

  • Reprint: A reprint can be requested by returning the original order
    within 10 working days at your expense. Reprint charges will apply
    according to our policy.
  • Refund: To request a refund, the printed items must be returned in
    full. The refund will be issued after deducting setup and shipping costs.

Additional Information

Return Process: To process a return, please provide proper documentation
and digital photographs of the defects, if applicable.

Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed promptly after inspection of
the returned items.
